Three CARC researchers: Drs. Ming Gao, Ripendra Awal and Sara Fuentes-Soriano attended a training on high performance computing at TACC (Texas Advanced Computing Center) Summer Supercomputing Institute, August 1 – 5, 2016, at the University of Texas at Austin. The training introduced researchers on to high performance computing, data analytics, and scientific visualization. In addition, researchers learned how to effectively use advanced TACC computing resources and technologies for big data analysis and scientific visualization of their research.
